Standards for Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Training

During the 7th World Congress of the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association in Edinburgh, the IHPBA Education and Training Committee proposed Standards for Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Training. These standards were discussed, modified and subsequently approved by the council. The next steps will be to gain approval by the Regional Association and National Chapters and to develop a training program accreditation process.
