Volunteer to Join an IHPBA Committee

IHPBA has a number of committees to carry out the work of the Association.  We are seeking new committee members who are enthusiastic, committed and have the time, experience and qualities required to make a difference to the Association.  

This year we are also launching the ‘Early Career Surgeons Group’ and are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals who are under the age of 40 to take up positions within this group. 

We are striving for diversity among our committee members and encourage HPB surgeons from all demographic and geographic groups to engage with the Association to secure representation and a voice in the future direction of IHPBA.

In 2018, our call for volunteers was very successful and out of 70 applicants, 25 were appointed to committees.  We hope to be able to accommodate more new committee members this time around.
